Channel Settings
Channel Settings are the 2nd section when viewing a specific channel. Here you will see all the initial channel settings you set when the channel was created. Head to Create a New Channel to see how to create a new one!
After the Channel is created, some new things to note on the Channel Settings page:
You will now see the XML link populated under API Access. You also gain the ability to refresh the &auth_token in the URL if you desire, by clicking the
button.
You also now have the ability to enable/disable as well as archive an advertiser from here:
Deselecting Enabled brings up a window letting you know “All sources of this channel will be disabled and cannot accept any requests.”. You are asked to confirm this action before proceeding.
Selecting Archive will disable the entire activity of the channel and move it in a separate folder ‘Archive’ in the bottom of the lefthand sidebar list of sources. You are asked to confirm this action before proceeding.
Grant Permission tab - Here you can grant permission to any user (by submitting their email address and clicking the Provide Access button ) where they will then get access to view reporting and manage sources only for this channel. Once the email addresses are submitted, they will be listed in the user table on this page. You have the ability to easily search and filter to any specific email address. You can revoke access for any user by clicking the trash icon in the Actions column seen here:
